Hastings College senior Elizabeth Miller garnered the top undergraduate paper award at the 2024 Northern Great Plains History Conference, which was held in Sioux Falls, S. Dak. Behind the scenes: “Abigail/1702”

The Hastings College fall play is “Abigail/1702,” which is the sequel to the “Crucible” and is a little different from previous plays HC has put on.  The director of the play is Cooper Sivara and the technical director is Kathy Lorenzen. The first ever 24-hour play festival took place on September 6-7 in the Scott Studio Theater. 12 Students Attend the 2024 Annual Chaplain’s Retreat

On Friday Sept. 20 through Sunday Sept. 22, Chaplain Doodle Harris and Kathleen Lorenzen took 12 students to The Crossing in Lexington, Neb. for the 2024 Fall Chaplain’s Retreat.  The retreats are held annually, with this being the third, and are focused around a specific part in the bible. Concordia Faculty Art Exhibition
